Jen had a passion for fitness at an early age. She has over 14 years of training as a dancer and 9 years in capoeira. In addition to teaching bootcamp classes, Jen has taught capoeira for over 5 years. As a dancer and martial artist, she emphasizes good form, functional movements, and constant variety. She loves to motivate and inspire her clients to reach their full potential.
Alina loves to challenge and inspire her clients to surpass their own expectations. She brings to IronCore Bootcamp her 15 years of experience as a competitive gymnast. Her workouts are a blend of calisthenics, plyometrics, and strength training.
